You have a 14-day window from the date of receiving your order to initiate any returns. Z É R A offers two options for returning your items:

Select your own courier service:
You are free to choose a local courier to return your items. Please ensure that you obtain proof of postage, including a tracking number, from your chosen courier service. Opting for your own courier may result in higher costs, as standard consumer rates apply. For your convenience, choose a business delivery option rather than an access point. -
Request a return label from Z É R A:
To simplify the return process and potentially reduce costs, you can request a return label from us by emailing info@zeradress.com. The return shipping cost will then be deducted from your refund, offering a potentially more economical solution.
Returning an item is simple and can be done in three steps:
- Carefully package all items you wish to return, ensuring they are in their original, unused condition and enclosed in the original packaging.
- Send your parcel to our return address provided below, either using your own courier or with the return label requested from us. Make sure to obtain proof of postage and tracking details.
- Once we receive the returned items, we will inspect them. Please note that if the items are not in their original condition, we may deduct from your refund.

Refunds and Processing
• All returned items will be refunded to the original payment method, excluding any shipping charges that may have been incurred separately.
• Refunds will be processed within approximately 1-4 weeks upon receipt of the returned goods.
• Customers are responsible for covering the direct costs associated with returning the items.
• We reserve the right to withhold the refund until the goods have been received.
• You may return your items via postal service or courier for your convenience.
Sale & Promotional Items – No Returns or Exchanges
Please note: Items purchased in our sale or with a promotional discount are non-returnable and non-exchangeable. This includes all items purchased with discount codes, during sales, or as part of limited-time promotions. Please ensure that you carefully check the product details, sizes, and colors before placing your order.
Exchange
If you wish to exchange an item to another size, style or color, please place a new order and return the items you wish to exchange, applying the same procedure as stated above in "How to Return".
